It's always great to hear from actors. When contacting us, please include your showreel, Spotlight link (or CV) and your bases. Please be aware that we primarily work with Sheffield and North Lincolnshire based actors.
We recommend keeping your email short and direct- we don't need a big essay, just a quick introduction!
We ask that you include your CV, showreel (if applicable), bases and what area of production you work in or are interested in. When building a production, it's very hard to consider somebody if we don't know where you want to be! You don't want us to place you under the director, if you're wanting to work under the DOP, do you?
Please keep emails specific and to the point. Note~ we prioritise Yorkshire and Lincolnshire based crew when building our teams.
You certainly can, however we cannot promise we'll see it! DMs are not monitored, therefore you are much more likely to get a response from us via email.

Crew; If we're in need of any crew positions, we're likely to post on social media.
Depending on the size of our project, we occasionally cast according to our current contacts; to increase the likelihood of us getting in touch, we recommend sending us an intro email.
We don't post call outs for directors; if you're a director looking to work with us, contact us directly and we will be in touch if there's something fitting.
Evening Cat Productions is tiny team, therefore occasionally emails slip through the net!
If you haven't heard from us after six weeks, you're welcome to try us again. Please don't send repeat emails within a six week period; our response time varies according to current projects and volume of emails.
You're welcome to send materials over, though we can't promise we'll agree to produce it. We recommend reading through our website to ensure that your writing fits with our style.
Hint: we tend to produce woman-led stories, based in either Lincolnshire or Sheffield!
If you believe you have a script that fits, feel free to contact us; it might be that we have too many projects in development, however we might just be able to make it work.
Please don't send us an entire feature length script, or TV pilot; send us samples- no more than 10 pages. We can't guarantee we'll be able to give specific feedback.
